Pharmacy is somewhat different from most other health professions in that an undergraduate degree is not required prior to admission to the program. The traditional pharmacy student has typically taken 2-3 years of undergraduate coursework and then applied to a pharmacy program (a 4 year Pharm.D. degree at most schools).
Most UA students at recent years have applied to Auburn University and/or Samford University. The pre-pharmacy curriculum differs at the two schools, so it is best to decide early in your college career where you plan on applying, and work to satisfy those courses.
Most schools of Pharmacy now require the PCAT as the standard admission test, and many use PharmCAS as a centralized application service.
Auburn University has put together an excellent website for prospective students here. A link to the undergraduate courses Auburn requires and their UA equivalents can be downloaded here (pdf).
Samford University also has extensive resources for pharmacy students on the web. The McWhorter School of Pharmacy course prerequisites and their UA equivalents can be found here.
