Honors Day 2004

For the third year in a row, the Department of Religious Studies hosted an Honors Day reception of its own on the veranda of Manly Hall, immediately following the College of Arts & Sciences ceremony. The Department awarded twelve Silverstein Fellowships, valued between $500 and $1,000 each--funds intended to assist our students in their studies.

Following Honors Week, the Department also hosted a luncheon at the University Club for all Silverstein Fellows--past and present--who are on campus. It is the Department's hope to continue this tradition in the future.

You can learn more about the Department's undergraduate scholarship opportunities here.

The Department's members are very grateful to the donors who have helped to make such scholarships possible for their students.
