To notify the Dean’s Office of a newly published book, please email your chair with the request and provide a high-resolution image of your book cover.

Submissions may be used by the Dean’s Office to create the poster-sized, framed book covers hanging in A&S departments’ hallways. For this reason, the book cover image must be both large and high-resolution. To ensure the best possible quality, please request from your publisher a file that meets these specifications:

• .jpg/.jpeg, .tiff, or .pdf format
• 300 dpi resolution
• pixel dimensions must exceed 3,000
