Welcome to the homepage for the College Manual. While not intended as a substitute for such publications as the Faculty Handbook, the manual does contain excerpts of pertinent statements from this and other sources, and it provides summaries of procedures unique to this College.
Although we intend to reflect current policies or rules of the Board of Trustees of The University of Alabama, users are cautioned that changes or additions to such policies or rules may have become effective since the publication of this material. In the event of such a conflict, current statements of Board policy contained in the official minutes and manual or rules, by-laws, and guidelines shall prevail.
A copy of this manual, which can be downloaded below, is maintained in your departmental office and will be updated annually to reflect any substantive changes in policy and procedures.
