Mozilla Firefox is an alternative web browser to Internet Explorer that is available free of charge online. If you use Firefox as your primary browser, you may be interested in using it to handle your web feeds.
I. Web feeds in Firefox
When you are visiting a website online, you may notice a icon light up in your Mozilla Firefox URL bar. If you see this, you know that the page you are browsing to contains web feeds:

When you click on the on the icon in the URL bar, you will be presented with a page that shows you the current items in the web feed, and options for subscribing:

At the top of the page there is a dropdown menu that contains different programs for subscribing to web feeds:

If you wish to use Firefox's bookmarks system (Live Bookmarks) to track your feeds, then you can just stick with the default "Live Bookmarks" option.
If you have a Bloglines, Google Reader or My Yahoo account, or use Outlook 2007 on your computer, then you may select those options from this dropdown as well.
